Ts. Izuddin is a digital strategist and co-founder of the Tech Tarik Think Tank – Malaysia’s IT Executive Think Tank and a community-driven initiative focused on demystifying emerging technologies and accelerating inclusive AI literacy across Malaysia.

He currently serves as the MSMEs Sector Lead in the AI Talent Working Group under NAIO, where he contributes to national strategies for AI upskilling, workforce development, and grassroots adoption – particularly among underserved communities, informal entrepreneurs, and gig workers.

Izuddin also oversees IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives at a utility corporate academy, where he leads digital transformation, digital capability building, infrastructure modernization, and learning innovation.
He holds a Master’s Degree in IT from UNITEN Putrajaya and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from MIT Sloan & Columbia Business School New York, and is an experienced curriculum designer, speaker, and trainer in mobile tech, cybersecurity awareness, and AI adoption.
