Tc. Chiew Sin Kwang is the Chief Digital Officer at Daythree Business Services Sdn Bhd, with over 25 years of experience in strategic management and digital transformation. He combines deep operational insight with a strong passion for technology to drive innovative, tech-enabled solutions that align business objectives with transformative outcomes.

Chiew led the establishment of Daythree’s CX Delivery Center and championed the development of in-house digital solutions leveraging AI and RPA. He also founded one of Malaysia’s largest RPA bot farms under the Daythree’s Centre of Innovation. His contributions have earned him the Best Digital Transformation Leader award for six consecutive years (2019–2024) by GBS Malaysia, a chapter of PIKOM — a recognition from the industry for his leadership in digital innovation.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Chiew serves on the Industry Advisory Board for IT & Computing at INTI International University and is a nominated member of the Technical Committee on Software & Systems Engineering, IT Service Management, and IT Governance under the Department of Standards Malaysia.
